Dana is very knowledable with current market trends, how upgrades and location can affect price. She responds promptly, less than an hour. She will schedule showings when its convenient for her clients and very quickly. When you are interested in a house, she will write up an offer as soon as she returns to office. She listens to your wants and will search realtor websites to help guide you to the house of your dreams. Dana has helped me sell my house and purchase my new home. Each sale was smooth and transparent. Her friendliness allows her to work well with other realtors making the sales go quickly and peacefully.
